Enquiry privacy.

Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address and information about the support you are looking for. A creator profile and additional message are optional.

Submit only information you are comfortable sharing with the T Social team for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Do not include passwords, access tokens, recovery codes, payment information or private fan data.

The form is provided through Jotform. Information submitted through it is handled by that service and the connected form account. You can read Jotform’s privacy policy for information about the form provider.

This website does not require you to create an account or make a payment. Product examples and creator imagery are illustrative.

For an enquiry about information you have submitted, use the contact form and state your request without resubmitting sensitive information.
